We’re Hiring – Lead Baker

We are very pleased to share that we are now at the stage of our CommuniBakes project in which we are ready to start recruiting.

Are you are someone that LOVES baking?

Maybe you’re an experienced baker looking for a new challenge?

Or perhaps you know someone that would be the perfect Lead Baker for us?

We are looking for a Lead Baker who has a BIG heart to make a positive difference!

Our vision is for CommuniBakes is to be a place where customers are known, feel valued and are appreciated.

Being a part of the CommuniBakes family means that you will be making a positive difference to enrich the lives of lonely and isolated people in Southampton as the profit that the bakery creates will all go to the charity Communicare in Southampton.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Baker who works well within a small team. As a new business the Lead Baker will be vital in the growth and development of an expanding product range.
