FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

CommuniBakes – Shirley, Southampton
£12.71 per hour, 32 hours (Tue–Sat)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our friendly bakery team delivering excellent customer service. You’ll help create a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day to day front of house operations and supporting the wider CommuniBakes team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Serve customers, prepare drinks, and maintain a clean, well stocked counter. Handle orders, calls, and online requests while sharing product knowledge and contributing to a positive customer experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A friendly, organised team player with strong communication skills. Confident working independently, managing time, and building rapport with customers, volunteers, and colleagues in a busy environment.
